Welcome and Thank you for visiting ShepherdsWoodworking.com . Woodworking has been a big part of my life for the last 20 years. Everything from delicate crochet hooks to whole kitchens, and pretty much everything in between. My products are made using time honored woodworking methods and tools, and are free of defects at the time of shipment. Each item is  made to ensure quality and longevity. My goal is that you are 100% satisfied with anything you purchase form my website. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.

 
The website accepts credit cards through PayPal and Square.

 
I ship to your PayPal and Square address so please be sure it is current, If your purchase is a gift, I'll be happy to send it to the recipient and include a note if you want. Please provide the appropriate shipping address and be sure to include your message to sent to the recipient in the "Special Instructions" section during the check out process.

Everything is shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase (weekdays). All orders are shipped ether by USPS First Class, Priority 2-3 day with delivery conformation number and insurance. If more then 1 item is order they will be shipped together. 

 My goal is that you are 100% satisfied with anything you purchase form my website, But if for any reason you are not satisfied, please feel free to email me at david@shepherdscustomwoodworking.com with any concerns.

RETURNS: PLEASE contact me via email, Items MUST be returned/shipped within 7 days of you receiving your order. Once the item is returned, a refund will be issued by your payment method (PayPal or Square) for the price of the item being returned only, initial postage and return costs are non-refundable, and return shipping will be at the customer / buyer's expense. I reserve the right to refuse any returns/refunds that the condition of the item(s) differs form that which it was sent out.

DAMAGES & LOSSES: Please email me as soon as possible with pictures of damage to item, KEEP ALL PACKING MATERIALS (boxes, packing materials, ect.),
If the item you received is damaged in shipment. The item can be refunded or replaced upon return of item.
Refund or replacement is made after we receive the returned original item.
No refund or replacement will be given on an item that is not returned to me.
The buyer is always responsible for shipping returns back to Shepherd's Woodworking
If the item is being replaced I will cover shipping the new item back to you.
